MyPostiz

A self-hosted scheduling application that publishes posts to the social media accounts its operator owns — on TikTok, Instagram, X and Bluesky — from a single calendar.

MyPostiz is built and operated by Banto Inc. (株式会社万燈), a company in Tokyo, Japan. We publish educational and informational content about AI and business tools on our own social media accounts. MyPostiz is the application we use to do that: one person writes a post once, chooses the platforms and the publish time, and MyPostiz delivers it to each platform through that platform's official API at the scheduled moment.

The application runs on a server we control. It is not a consumer product: there is no public sign-up, no payment, and no way for a person outside our organisation to obtain an account. Every account it publishes to is an account we own and manage ourselves.

Write once, publish everywhere

Compose the text and attach images or a video, then pick which of your connected accounts should receive it. Per-platform edits are kept side by side so each version can be adjusted.

Schedule on a calendar

Every post has an explicit publish date and time chosen by a human. Nothing leaves the system until that moment arrives, and a scheduled post can be edited or deleted beforehand.

See what actually happened

After the scheduled time, each post is marked as published or failed, with the platform's error message when something goes wrong, so a failure is never mistaken for a success.

Where the application runs

The MyPostiz dashboard runs at https://postiz.banto-works.com. It requires a login because it manages access tokens for our own accounts, so it is restricted to our staff and is not open to the public. This website you are reading now is the public documentation for the application: what it does, which permissions it requests from each platform and why, how the data it handles is treated, and how to reach us.

Principles we build it on

A human decides every publish. The application never invents content and never publishes anything that a person has not written, reviewed and scheduled.
Only our own accounts. There is no feature for connecting or posting to an account belonging to somebody else, and no feature for downloading or re-posting another creator's content.
The minimum data possible. We store the access token for each connected account, the account's own display name and avatar, and the posts we wrote. Nothing else is collected.
Official APIs only. Publishing is done through each platform's documented API. We do not automate the platforms' web interfaces or apps, and we do not scrape them.

MyPostiz は、株式会社万燈が自社で運用しているSNS投稿スケジューラーです。自社が保有・管理している SNSアカウント（TikTok・Instagram・X・Bluesky）に対して、あらかじめ作成した投稿を指定した日時に各SNSの公式APIを通じて公開します。

管理画面は https://postiz.banto-works.com で動作しており、自社アカウントの認可情報を扱うためログインが必要です。一般向けの登録・販売は行っていません。このサイトは、そのアプリケーションが何をするのか、各SNSに求める権限とその用途、扱う情報の取り扱い方針を公開するための説明サイトです。

投稿は必ず担当者が内容を確認し、公開日時を指定したものだけが公開されます。本人の操作なしに投稿が作成・公開されることはありません。他人のアカウントへ投稿する機能、他人の投稿を取得・再投稿する機能はありません。
