What has actually changed in the application, most recent first.
14 August 2026 — Documentation site rebuilt
This documentation site was rebuilt as a full site: features, a walkthrough of how the application
works, a page documenting every TikTok product and scope we request, an FAQ, these release notes and a
contact page.
The Terms of Service and Privacy Policy were rewritten in full, in English and Japanese, with
explicit retention periods and a deletion process.
The application icon is now shown on every page and as the browser tab icon.
7 August 2026 — Cost controls before publishing
Publishing to X now produces a cost estimate before anything is sent, and stops if the estimate
exceeds a configured ceiling.
A blocked publish and a publish stopped by the cost ceiling are now reported as two distinct
outcomes, so the reason is never guessed.
29 July 2026 — Instagram publishing verified end to end
A scheduled post was published to our Instagram account through the Graph API and confirmed live on
the platform, not merely accepted by the API.
Publish results are now confirmed by reading the account's own post list before an item is marked as
published.
23 July 2026 — Scheduling and result checking
Scheduled publishing across multiple channels from a single composed post.
A status check that reports each scheduled item as queued, published or error, with the platform's
own error message preserved.
23 May 2026 — First self-hosted deployment
The MyPostiz dashboard went live on our own server at postiz.banto-works.com, behind a
login and served over HTTPS.
Channel connection through each platform's own authorisation screen, with access tokens stored on
our infrastructure rather than a third-party service.
