What we answer

• Questions about how MyPostiz uses a platform's API, including which permissions it requests and why.
• Requests to delete data held by the application (see below).
• Reports of a problem, a security concern, or content published through the application.

Email reaches us fastest and can be written in Japanese or English. We aim to reply within a few business days. Japan Standard Time (UTC+9) office hours are 10:00–18:00, Monday to Friday, excluding Japanese public holidays.

Requesting deletion of data

Data held by MyPostiz relates to the social media accounts we own and operate, so a deletion request will normally come from us. If you nevertheless believe the application holds data relating to you, write to takechi@jusetz.jp with:

• the platform and account handle concerned;
• what you are asking us to delete;
• a way for us to confirm the request genuinely comes from you.

We will confirm receipt, act on a valid request without undue delay, and tell you when it is done. Our retention rules and the rest of our data practices are set out in the Privacy Policy.

Reporting a security issue

Send the details to takechi@jusetz.jp with “security” in the subject line. Please give us a reasonable opportunity to fix the issue before disclosing it publicly.
